Postage

Small items are sent without tracking.

If you need a tracking number, please select “Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter with Tracking” at checkout.

Untracked Letter mailcan take up to 25 business days to be delivered – AusPost does not prioritise delivery – Please be patience if you checkout with default postage for small items.

Shipping

We ship orders at least twice a week, late Friday orders will be delayed until the Monday / Tuesday post drop-off.

All items are shipped in perfect condition, once parcels are passed onto AusPost and leave our care we do not take any responsibility, within reasonable limits, of its condition upon delivery.
